Excellent
Customer Service--emphasizing accuracy, reliability, and accountability--is
a cornerstone of GSI's philosophy. Every customer has a GSI
customer service representative who handles its account. While
the computer does most of the work, the account representative
makes the final evaluation of the work done. The representative
forwards the results to the customer, ensures that additional
requested services like laser inscription or gold engraving
are completed, and sends the data to the Printing Department
to create the report.
